Customer’s Product related complaints for refund or replacement will be processed by reaching us at 08592-227007 between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

1.Customer can initiate a return request within 7 days of Product delivery.

2.However, in the event of false, irrelevant or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3.Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Customer shall reasonably ensure that the Product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered.

4.Your returns must reach us with original tags; else you will not be eligible for replacement and refunds.

5.We process a refund for your order only if we are not able to arrange a replacement. We process refunds and replacements when we receive your goods completely unused and accompanied with all the accessories provided.

6.For Replacements and Refunds the maximum time will be taken is 15 to 20 Business days.

7.Once we have received your return request our customer care will guide customer, to ensure that shipment will reach our warehouse either by Self shipment or a reverse pickup
